Shoutout to Mark for completing a 15 month macrocycle with me, where he honed his climbing technique as well as overall strength and endurance capacity! After a thrilling competitive season, including two National Championships, the World Cup Circuit and World Championships in Seoul, he is gearing up for a season of pushing his limits outdoors on the real rocks. 🪨 🧗
To all of the athletes who worked with me leading up to the ‘26 Para Climbing National Championships - I am really proud of every single one of you! You all worked very hard and I saw improvement across the board, from climbing technique, to overall strength, and competitive performance. I hope you take time to celebrate your accomplishments as you continue into the 2026 season. 👏
